Burner Management Systems Automatic Burner Controls

Gas Multibloc® MBE Generation E – [Award Winning Design]

Valve Proving Systems

The VPS is the valve proving system for DUNGS multiple actuators like single valves, DMV double solenoid valve and Gas MultiBloc® MB. The VPS can also be used for monitoring the DUNGS solenoid valves up to DN 80, with and without bypass connection. Control Unit for System Leak-Tightness Tests

The VPM-VC valve test module checks the tightness of burner gas shut-off valves either before starting or after shut-of in combination with one or two pressure switches. The test is performed in accordance with EN 1643. The program sequence, filling, and venting parameters as well as program times can be adjusted by the user according to the system requirements.

The MQM Quantometer is a turbine wheel gas meter that registers the operating volume using a electronic or mechanical counter. It is used for internal controlling processes, most suitable for industrial thermo processing facilities.
