Solenoid Valves
Manually Reset Solenoid Valves
SV Series – Manually Reset Solenoid Valves, Normally Open or Closed
Type ‘SV’ Serie Solenoid valves are designed to be combined with any gas detection system which sets off a warning signal to shut off the main delivery when an emergency is detected. They can be installed at the gas piping and connected with a gas detector to Interrupt the gas flow in a danger situation. The electro valve is normally located after a filter, upstream of the regulation apparatus and preferably outside the measurement zone.
Gas Meters
Rotarymeter
CGR-FX series rotary gas meters are electromechanical pressure devices designed to measurement of volume of gas transported by pipeline. Gas meters in the standard version can be installed in locations with potential presence of explosive atmospheres formed as mixtures of gases classified as explosion groups IIA and IIB with air. Special gas meters versions are designed for IIC gas explosion group. Table 1 lists the physical properties of the most common gases and gas mixtures that can be measured with CGR-FX rotary gas meters.
Turbine meter
The CGT-02 turbine gas meters are flow meters designed to measure quantity of gases. The meters can be used for gas flow ranges from 5 up to 10 000 m3/h. It measures the amount of gas according to the flow principle. The gas passes through an integrated flow regulator, which distributes it proportionally and in circular flows directing it to the turbine wheel. Turbine blades are driven by gas flow and the angular speed of rotation is proportional to the gas flow rate. Energy consumption, which is perceived as pressure loss, is reduced to the absolute possible minimum thanks to the application of flow regulator, high precision ball rods and the use of the most accurate tolerances of all measuring parts and their proper alignment. The circular motion of the turbine wheel is mechanically transmitted by gear wheels and a combined gas-tight and hermetic magnetic coupling to the index unit mounted at the top of the casing and indicates the working volume on the collector.
The CGT-02 gas meters are applied in measurement systems where high accuracy is required:
- transportation of natural gas

- control metering of the natural gas and non-aggressive technical gases in industry
- flow measurement for technical purposes
Quantometers
CPT Quantometers have been designed to provide our customers with reliable and inexpensive measuring instruments for secondary flow measurements. Our great experience in designing and manufacturing turbine and rotary gas meters resulted in the development of industrial quantometers. Considering our customers’ demands we created an instrument with excellent metrological characteristics and operating performance close to the performances of the turbine gas meters designed for custody transfer measurements. Other advantages of the CPT Quantometers are as follows: high quality, easy maintenance, wide range of external devices that can co-operate with the quantometers, e.g. volume correctors, data loggers, data transmission systems.
Volume Correctors
CMK-03 is a modern, high-class battery-powered metering and billing device that fully meets the requirements of MID directives. It combines unique necessities and experience gained from device sales in global markets. This device is designed to be used for gas measurement, pressure reduction and measuring stations. It can work with any gas meter (e.g. rotor, turbine, ultrasonic) that provides information about the measured volume in pule form. CMK-03 is a battery-powered main corrector with external power supply. Installed batteries provide continuous and without maintenance measurement and data recording for a minimum of 6 years.
CMk-03 is a type 1 gas volume convertor, in other words pressure and temperature convertor, a complete measurement system equipped with algorithms for converting the pule/volume input from gas meter and the measured gas volume to Vb (normal) baseline conditions.
CMK-03 includes many additional inputs necessary for technological, measurement and control purposes. Among others, these includes:
- LFb, LFc control inputs
- Encoder input,
- Namur Standard HF transmitter input.
- Dual ExtCPC inputs for external CPC-03 technological pressure transmitters,
- OUT dual signal outputs,
- Dual input signal IN with two IN inputs in Namur standard.
CMk-03 converter is a read and operated via three independent communication ports in the RS-GAZ2 standard: COM1 (“Tuchel / OPTO-GAS”) and COM2 and COM3 (strip).
It is made of aluminum providing durability, resistance, and a high degree of protection IP66/67. The hinged cover with limiter provides easy and convenient access to the ergonomic connection terminals and batteries powering the device.
It has an LCD display with a cover, keyboard, OPTO-GAS port and RS-GAS2 (Tuchel) connector. Up to two internal pressure transmitters P1 and P2 are in the storage base. The P1 converter is also available in an external version that is permanently connected via a cable. Shielded cables at the base of storage are metal glands adapted for mounting, which increase the resistance of the device and circuits to electromagnetic interference.
CMK-03 is equipped with an LCD display that is readable at any temperature range and an intuitive graphic-text menu. The display backlight is provided by an additional battery, independent of the main batteries of the trimmer.
